Ha! I can understand his reluctance. Kinda like asking a guy to choose between Breakfast or dinner. It is possible to live without one or the other but nobody wants to. In a man's world, both are necessary. If I had to choose, I guess I'd give up the beer. It's fattening anyway.

I'd rather give up football. Beer is nice, especially after a long day of work. I couldn't care less about football.

Wait Wait, I am american so are we talking soccer or football. I for one can't live without the knowledge that their is frosty brews in the world for me to drink. As for the sport well, who cares its just men running around thinking they have mastered something, when its really just basic physics (and a little mental training). Bring on the Beer!!!!!!

I dont really do footie and hardly drink anymore.
But i suppose id give up footie cos my team is crap!
Get your BF to do a little less of both for a compromise.
