Sorry to hear about your friend, I suggest he see a doctor, if he is worried.

I just have 1 question, what exactly is a suspected HIV carrier? That seems kind of strange. What would make you only 'suspect' he had HIV?

SORRY :( its real bad, the stuffs probably absorbed into his system by now. If this was consensual why no glove, its crazy. You must try to get your friend to see a doctor for tests, you must support your friend, he needs you.
If it wasnt consensual, it will probably be hard to prove but you can try to get your friend some councelling to overcome the trauma.
Failing that you must let it be known, that this other guy is dangerious in order to protect other young boys/men from unwanted sexual assault.

was this consensual or rape??if it was rape call the police and see a councilor
if it was yesterday he is probably infected
go to the hospital
get a HIV test and STD test done
