Hold a hot flannel against the area where you have the ingrown pubic hairs. Repeat this three times a day allowing the heat to soften the skin, drawing the ingrown pubic hairs out.

• Attend a sauna or steam room, this will allow your pores to open making it easier to remove any ingrown pubic hairs.

• Removal of ingrown pubic hairs may be achieved by gentle exfoliation of the pubic area.

• To remove stubborn ingrown pubic hairs, gently the stretch the skin and apply pressure with the thumb and forefinger to the surrounding area. This should remove any pus and expose the ingrown pubic hair, which can be removed from the root with a pair of sterile tweezers.

• If you are unable to remove unwanted pubic hairs in this way then you can use Salicylic acid, a strong exfoliating chemical that can be used to free ingrown hairs. Your pharmacist will recommend a suitable product for you.

The next time you are about to de-fuzz your bikini line, always exfoliate with a body scrub or those exfoliating gloves you get in the Body Shop. This makes sure all the gross things that can cause the hair follicle to go all wierd are removed. Then use a waxing strip, smooth down, hold down and pull back! Recognise this? It's off the Veet advert! Are you still a wax virgin?! hahaha! Sorry, couldn't help myself!

If you're careful you can do it with a clean sewing needle without pricking yourself. The trick is to get the very fine point of the needle in between the root and the bit where it goes under the skin. Slide it under horizontally, not sticking in to your skin; then you can lift the hair out. It doesn't hurt at all. I used to do it for a mate who had hairy legs!

do not break the skin and do not squeeze it will only make it worse. get a body scrub or make ur own (salt or sugar mixed with oil) slightly exfoliate the area, but be carful not to overdo things it will get sora and hopefully it should poke through, not sure how long it will take. but repeat this process but not too much. then when it pops through tweezer it out

Boots and Superdrug do a cream that will draw it out but cant remember the name sorry!! You could try bathing it with hot water and squeezing it gently, it might surface enough for you to pull it out with tweezers then.
