I'm talking "BIG" view.....from a mountain top or very high elevation ......any photos would be great also. Thanks in advance.

The United States has more than 20 mountains (reaching over 14,000 ft in height), any one of them will give panoramic views.
I've never been to Alaska but can only imagine what beautiful views that state would offer.

But for somewhere quite accessible head to the Badlands in South Dakota, climb a hill and look in any direction.

Grand Canyon, hands down.

A close second was the top of the World Trade Center...

the view from the top of grand teton mountian is awesome,also if you don' t want to climb the mtn. the 4 wheel drive only trails around Telluride colorado will take you pretty high up and you will see spetacular scenery.

Tennessee Smokey mnts. are beautiful. There is a highway that takes you from Gatlinburge to Cherokee, NC and the view on that highway is awesome!
