If you have children (little ones especially) do you have a will or a Living trust??

Have you thought about who would take care of them should both you and your spouse or significant other die? Don't mistake Living trust for living will 2 different things)

No we don't have one, and it's been something my husband and I have been meaning to do for ages, but never seem to actually get done. However we have discussed it, and do know who we'd like them to go with in the event of such an incident.

You need these arrangements with or without the kids.

You should talk to an attorney. I would get both!
