I have it by Elkie Brooks, its called Sunshine after the Rain. It was remixed into a dance song a few years ago but I don't know who did it

There are a few versions of this song I think. One version I've found is by an artist called Vandavanda and I think the song's just simply called "Sunsine after the rain".
