Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do. I'm assuming you are a supermarket worker who isn't allowed to leave the premises at night?
There is a case in Scotland where 7 night shift workers are taking Morrisons to an employment tribunal after they were dismissed for smoking on breaks. See:

The only thing I can really advise is to talk to you doctor. If you don't want to quit, you still have the option of using some nicotine replacement therapy during working hours. But please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you choose to do this as a nicotine overdose is very easy:

There is also a product available called Nicogel. Nicogel was designed as a cigarette replacement, for the times when a smoker finds themselves in a place where they are not permitted to smoke. Nicogel is a water-soluble gel containing tobacco. It may be of interest to you. It is available from Tescos:

Keep an eye on the news, hopefully something will happen with the Scotland case. "They argue the company should provide alternative arrangements for smokers". Fingers crossed the tribunal will find in their favour.
You may consider getting advice from the CAB or ACAS, or approach your Union if you are a member:

You will be entitled to at least 3 breaks if not 4 during a 10 hour stretch - where you could go outside for a smoke.
You could explain to your employer that you are unable to go for 10 hours without a cigarette and you will be using your break periods to go outside the building to smoke.
At our local hospital they have an outdoor shelter for smokers, which can be used in wet weather, this is situated where non smokers need not pass by if they choose not to.

You are legally entitled to a break for every 4 hours you work, and a lunch break if you work more than 5 hours.
I think you should smoke more, I have lots of investments in tobacco companies and iron lung companies, and they will lose money if you smoke less, thus I will lose money!
You don't really smoke, the cigarette smokes, you are just the sucker!
We are laughing at you all the way to the bank...

Seems like a perfect opportunity to give up and maybe stop yourself from premature death from the various ailments that smoking can cause.

Doesn't it make you angry that the cigarette manufacturers and stock holders are laughing at you on the way to make their bank deposits?
