You should get a break or lunch of some kind. You may have to wander off a ways to huff one down, but you should be able to get your fix somehow. Perhaps this would be a good time to quit!

you will be entitled to breaks during this time and any respectable employer should have made some kind of designated smoking area where you can go for a smoke. if you can get outside during your breaks just make sure you're not too close to the building and there's not much they can say about it.

I don't know about anywhere else, but in the U.S., your employer telling you that you cannot smoke is a form of discrimination and a form of harassment. You may file a grievance or even a civil suit against them.
