I'm an Art Director myself, and I'd suggest taking the Design and Management if you are planning on being an actual Director of a team or department with junior and senior Designers under your wing. The hardest part of being a Director is mentoring or delegating to a group of Designers.

If you are comfortable enough with your own ability to design, and your natural skill set, then the more traditional Fine Arts and Design Comm wouldn't be necessary if the firm you are applying for is looking for an actual Manager/Director.

Hope that helps. Good luck with your decision.

Design Comm would be my answer. I think it is best for advertising. Or you could go with Web Design.
