Because people are selfish nowadays and are only in the marriage for what they can get out of it and not for what they can give to it. They dont care to face things and work on them to make the marriage a better one. They just want out and to run away from them and are too proud to ask for or seek help. This is the main reason why! They need to learn to be selfless and seek the help and counseling they need to make the marriage work and become better. To me there is not such thing as a non managable relationship except for the case of abuse or abandonment. JMHO! People want out way too easy and this is not good. Why even marry to begin with if you are gonna run and want out if a problem arises? Marriage and loving someone for a life time is a choice and should not be entered into lightly. I feel that couples should have pre marrital counseling before marriage as well.

Now a days there's a lot of couples that do end up with bad relationship,.they promise to uphold, devote their life to each others then problem occur, spouse will end up having an affairs, some will stop communicating to each others, some will end up loosing their love, and much more. This are some of the few causes of couples that end up on divorce life,...........

Because no time to spend with each other. Communication gap. If there is time it is spent in front of the TV(Which we call it as an idiot box). When can't spent with each other, fustration starts and finally it bursts out into heated argument. This ultimately leads to divorce among couples.

Because they loose sight on what is important in life. If you are in a relationship, it should be your best friend, someone you trust and be unconditional love. Most people get married due to stupid reasons like someone got pregnant or someone had an affair. If girls would keep their legs shut and guys keep their pants on, there would be less of these issues to deal with.

I was married for 25 yr's and now divorced, I took my marriage very serious and very devoted to my man. I loved him with all my heart. I would have given up my life to save him if need be so you tell me what happened? Did I love him too much? or not enough? We didn't fight like cats and dogs, if we had a problem we worked it out. in India,where we still maintain some traditions,arranged marriages are more common. when we have differences with our parents or siblings with whom we have been living for many years,it's obvious that we will have differences with our husband/wife. due to arranged marriages,we do not have enough time to know each other properly and after marriage this creates many problems.some go for divorce while some cling on ,just for the sake of their kids.

i can say lot of couples nowadays haven't give their self to think and assess their feelings before they jump into marriage. the foundation of marriage is not that strong, so once a couple have an argument, they can easily decide to end their marrige.
