In males circumcised means that the foreskin, about half the skin area of the penis, is cut off. I think you got the spelling wrong, is circumcised. it is to remove all or part of the foreskin from the penis of a boy or man, either for hygiene reasons or as part of a religious ritual. it will not affect the chance of having kids,this usually for hygenic purposes.
