It means the foreskin of your penis is removed. If you are still uncut, don't get snipped.

In males circumcised means that the foreskin, about half the skin area of the penis, is cut off. It was introduced to the western world as an anti-masturbation measure in the 19th and early 20th centuries and promoted as good "mental hygiene". When it became obvious that it didn't stop the urge to masturbate, although it did make it less easy, the propaganda switched to promoting it for physical hygiene. In fact a nornal foreskin is even easier to wash than female genitalia. Females also collect the same smegma in the folds on their genitals if not washed regularly. You wouldn't cut of your ears rather than wash them so why cut off 15 squares inches (5 inches circumference and an inch and a half long inside and out) of sensitive skin from your penis.
If you have a normal retractable foreskin there is no reason to consider cutting it off. It's packed with nerve endings and special anatomical features and its gliding action make sex and masturbation more pleasureable for you and your partner. Even if your foreskin is tight this is best cured by regular stretching exercises rather than surgery.
A recent study has measured sensitivity in circumcised and intact penises. The intact penis was way more sensitive and the most sensitive parts of it were all removed by circumcision.
No medical authority in the world recommends routine infant circumcision anymore as the risks outweigh the much-debated benefits. Countries like Australia and Canada used to circumcise nearly all their newborn babies but now it's round 10%. Even in the USA the rate is down to 50% and much less in some states.

It means having the loose covering of skin, the foreskin, over the end of your penis removed. The bad news is that the foreskin is really sensitive and you would lose that. The good news is that the head, or glans, underneath is sensitive itself, so that intercourse feels good in both directions, and you would no longer have to keep pulling back the foreskin to clean out the inside when you bathe. It doesn't have anything to do with having kids. Usually it's done right after birth, but young men your age have had it done, for various reasons.

It was a command given by God to the early Jews. Now in our medical books it is done for the prevention of warts to the female, since the skin under the penis is a carrier of some infections, Therefore more hygienic, There is no difference to the male in performance of sex or giving children. a operation which is better just after birth.

It doesn't affect your chance of having kids.

Circumcision is now being promoted in Africa as it has been shown to reduce the risk of HIV infection by around 60%. Other than that, there's no good reason for it.

Circumcision is the removal of the foreskin from the penis. Generally this takes place immediately after birth but can still be done even after the person has reached adulthood.
