When I was at boarding school and about your age, my room mate lived off nothing but diet soda, salad without dressing, and organic yogurt. This is what she ate most of the time at least. She was a vegetarian. She would also eat a lot of sugary candies (probably not the best thing if you want to lose weight). But she was pretty skinny.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

I think Eating lots of vegetables and fruits is the best diet for you. Eat Less Fatty foods and drink LOTS of water.
Exercise lighty of you wish and never overeat.
Believe Me, I make a good diet advisor....^_^

NO diet is a good diet for a 14 year old girl!!! If you are obese, your doctor should help you with it, otherwise - skip it.

14?? You should not be worrying about your weight! If you are truly over weight your doctor will let you know and help you decide the best way to lose it. Do not judge yourself to anyone, you are you and you need to love yourself for who you are.

Yes, maybe track and field at least try it out for 1-3 months. You'll probably thank me one day. Running may not be for everyone, but it worked out for me.

You shouldn't worry, all that weight will come off when you hit your peak puberty then after that it'll all come back again when you hit mid 20.
