Over the years Mt. Tamborine has developed a huge choice of shops selling arts and local crafts, food, antiques, local wines, and German clocks.
Although I dont know why....there's enough cookoo's up there already!
You can be married there.
Stay in the many chalets there for drinks parties.
Buy real estate.
The local agents love to take your money.
Visit the volcano, now extinct....i think.
Deffo worth a visit mate.

If you're in to scenery , craft shops etc etc.. Also O'Reilly's Guest house is worth the visit , especially for bushwalking & native birds & wildlife ....need a day or two to make it worth while .

Don't know. Last time I checked - Mount Tambourine was in Australia and not OZ. But, YES! It is worth a visit.

(Please, please, please! You would like people calling YOUR country by its correct name. How about showing the same courtesy to others?)

Yes if you have the time but Fraser Island is far better, especially if you go in a group.

i have not been there, but one of my coworkers used to live near there and says it is an absolute must see!
