To lessen dark circles or bags under your eyes you may also place slightly warm tea bags over your eyes, leave on for 10-15 minutes or cucumber eye patches. It will leave the area hydrated. After that, apply a good eye cream. Clinique's All About Eyes is nice and light pink in colour, it will leave the area brighter and smoother after application. Sisley's Baume Efficace Contour des Yeux (eye balm) is very effective, although quite expensive. Try to pat the cream gently with your ring finger working from inside your eyes outwards. In this way you don't risk to break the tiny blood vessels (underneath your eyes the skin is 5 times thinner than elsewhere on your face) and massage the areal lightly. After that, apply a lightweight light reflecting concealer one shade lighter than your foundation. In the video above they are using Touche Eclat by YSL, I have tried it myself and it works out nicely.

Bags under the eyes indicate a large intestine (colon) problem, or kidney problems. The bags right under, straddling the lower eyelids are kidney bags, the ones below them are large intestine (colon) bags. They suggest a buildup of impurities. Therefore, cleasing and rejuvenating your body from within will help reduce the bags underneath your eyes.

Alcohol, smoking, stress, aging, too much work, or lack of sleep, etc are not the cause of the bags under the eyes. However, they do aggravate them.

Use tea bags, potato slices or cucumber slices. For a quick fix, try placing two spoons in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and position them over your eyes while you relax

Permanently? Surgery. And it's not that painful not expensive.
And it's effective.

Scared of the pain?
Then the only option is to use makeup.
There are some skin care companies that will promise you diminish bags but I seriously doubt their claim.

Go talk to your plastic surgeon.

Well if you are really in despret need you could always get a face lift but instead of the hole face only under your eyes. You should ask your doctor for more information on that.
