Dressy casual, not like you were going to church or a wedding but maybe like the rehearsal dinner. Newer jeans & nice shirt & boots or shoes, hair done & accessories.

maybe something jazzy? hehe!
no in all seriousness smart with some bright colours thrown in? heels if you can walk in them all night (and maybe dance in them?)

cocktail length skirt and blouse
cocktail length dress
blazer and pants and dressy top
casual suit
high heals.
If all else fails get out your LBD( little black dress)
