I just went to see doctor for about the same question.
If you had an intercourse during your ovulation period, it probably is the egg release that cause the cramp.
But if the cramp happen commonly each time during your intercourse then you should go and visit a doctor cause it can others female's problem.
Whether you had an ectopic or normal pregnancy, Your pregnancy test will still show up positive.
You only can take a test accurately till you miss your next period.
I also TTC.....anxiously want to know whether I'm pregnant . You still got to play the 14 days waiting game before the result (worst then waiting for examination result). Just relax.

sperm can be irritating to the cervix and can cause contractions in this part of your uterus. these can feel like cramps. and an ectopic pregnancy will show positive on pregnancy tests, but must be terminated due to the life threatening situation that this sort of pregancy poses.

Hi..aside from the * action* going on ,sperm contains prostiglandins which do cause cramping in some women. It may even help when TTC since contractions of the uterus help pull the sperm inside..hth

The cramping is the uterus contracting from your orgasm, but I would talk to your doctor so she can make sure there are no other complications

Is it possible you are already pregnant? When you have an orgasm during pregnancy, you feel a tightening of the uterus.

test will still show as positive because the test measures your bodies hormone level, not the babies happiness.
