I was born in 1964 and my dad was a policeman who did a stint in CID during the mid 70's. The costumes, props etc seem pretty good to me from what I can recall. I can remember dad wearing a brown pinstriped 3 piece suit and sporting a rather dodgy moustache !!

I live in Stockport where it's filmed and it really is that 70s. We still all wear tan flares
