i don't know all the websites, but i tell u about one site that is www.bsnl.co.in, where u can find anyone's name and address only by enter his landline number or bsnl mobile number.. just check it..but i can't tell u abt other networks..

I am sorry to reply in negative, but there is no way you can get such an information. There are many reasons for the same, but the main is that they is no particular agency which complies phone numbers of all the persons and then has its data. There are different mobile service providers who have sold millions of connections. Compiling all the data with the names and e-mail ids is not possible.

There are plenty of paid services you can try to find someone's cell phone number online, but if you want to try out a free way, there's one thing you can do.

Use some logic and call the person, then, over the phone, ask them for their e-mail address. That's called one-to-one communication.
