The soldiers in Iraq have their own discretions under the general orders of the Commander-in-Chief. Thus, the sane policy is not being followed by American soldiers prompting some to do good and the others to abuse the Iraqi people.

I apologize for all the suffering we have caused to you, your family and your country. Living in this country I am forced to pay the taxes that buy the bombs that murder in Iraq. I wish you could know how many people in this country wish they could stop this insane government from raining death and starvation on the arab people since the second war. If it makes you feel any better, my people, Latin Americans, have also felt the scourge of Anglo-Saxon imperialism.
Today my continent follows the example of Sadat and the Arab League. I hope in the future a united Arab community may rule itself, in whatever way it may choose.
Remember though, this is not a place to find sympathy. It is crowded with spoiled middle class children, they make the bombs and the M-4's and cannot afford to apologize yet.

Radical Shias and Sunnis who refuse to coexist peacefully are Iraqs main problem at the moment. Along with Al-queda in Mesopatamia and Baathists. Bush gave you a democratic system and they want to destroy it. Too bad!
