As far as I know you shouldn't have to worry. Cell phones give off small amounts of RF radiation but in doses so small that even with extensive use you should be fine.
And...
I "Think", that the RF radiation isn't given off unless your talking on the phone. I "Know" that more radiation is given off when recieving a call though.

The reason laptops effect fertility is due to the heat they generate. Your boys need to be at exactly 98.6 to generate the optimum amount of sperm. Thats why they hang out on hot days and run for cover when its cold. Unless your cellphone is creating heat, or someone discovers that the phone to tower transmissions cause cancer, your good.

not that i know of. the idea seems ludicrous. there was some studies going into the possibility of brain cancer being caused by headsets being held to the ear for long period's of time - but no findings, and these claims have since been dismissed. i wouldn't worry.
