How can i convert php file into mp3 format?

You can't.
Php are script pages, while mp3 are audio files. They have nothing in common, so you can't convert one to the other!

You don't. PHP is a server-side language. Unless you downloaded songs from a PHP file. Try renaming the file extension to .mp3.
