Going to bed is my favorite part of the day. I go to bed when I want to Relax, watch TV, Read, Play Backgammon, Think deep-thoughts, and when someone special asks me to go to bed. When I was very young I went to bed because my mom told me to go to bed.

the doctors advice its good 2 go 2 bed as early as possible and get up early in the morning.................
its good when u go 10:00 PM 2 BED AND GET UP BY 4:00 or 5:00 AM 2 do any important work...............

Whenever you're ready. LOL JK. I usually go to bed around 11:00pm. But sometimes around 10ish. Depending how tired I am.

So late in the night that it's morning already. The sweet part is everybody calls me around 7:45 to make sure I don't stay asleep, I really appreciate it...
