The cost for the seminar is £2495 for a weekend. The company is based in Kingston upon Thames. After a free 2 hour workshop you are asked to sign up for the weekend seminar. Is it worth it?

I've been to one of their freebies and smelt a large rodent. Basically they are an investment company that will lend you money for property development that perhaps would not be available from regular sources such as a bank. Inside Track's head man isn't badly off judging by his wife's alleged divorce settlement demands. Probably due to horrendous interest rates that his punters have to pay plus £2500 for a seminar "to prove you are serious". Walk away and get your financing from a more reputable source.

It is a racket. The only money to be made is by the organisers.

Such schemes make you pay a huge price for a weekend course, paint a very optimistic picture of buying to let and then lend you the money you will need at very high rates of interest. Keep well away from such things.

I've not been on the course but if you are thinking of buy-to-let be very careful because it can be a very competitive market. Do plenty of research and give yourself a good safety margin.
