I have a car navigator but it is old. I'd like to know if there is possible to upgrade it or buy upgraded CD from Internet or somewhere else?

Depends on the model navigator you have. Most new ones have the capability to be updated with CD/DVD.
First thing, Google your maker and see what they say about your model.

You could also try some of these how-to links:

Or buy a new one:

I have one in my Mazda van. At first I didn't really want it, but the dealer was hot to trot & threw in the option for free. Now I really like it, but, to be honest, I turned off the cute little robot voice that kept telling me things over & over: you're 700 meters from your turn; you're 500 meters from your turn; you're 300 meters from your turn ... Ok, Ok, I got it - shut up!
If you live any place where there's a lot of roadwork and building going on, you will need one that can be updated on a regular basis.
Happy hunting!
