There is a Manual Serrated Knife Sharpener for sale at www.instawares.com, for $27.50. Take a look at it so you will know what to look for, then go to your local kitchenware store, Wal-Mart or K-mart and see if they have one.

Serrated blades are not intended to be sharpened. Although you can sharpen them as you do a reg blade this over time removes the serration...

I have a ceramic stick. Two of different sizes.
I hate to sharpen serrated blades.
I do each indention, then swipe the flat side twice or so on a Washita stone I have.

A small fine rat tail file works great i would check your local home and garden supply for such a file. A guard may be needed so you can have the correct angle,chain saw files could work ..
