dy/dx {14-[16/(3+x)]}

=0-(-1)(16)(3+x)^-2

=16/(3+x)^2 (solved)

y = 14 - 16.(3 + x)^(-1)
dy/dx = 16.(3 + x)^(-2) = 16/(3 + x)²

d/dx(14- 16/(3+x)
= d/dx(14) - 16d/dx(1/3+x)

= -16 *2 *(3+x)^-2

= -32/(x+3)^2
