I want to copy content from a site built on flash! How can i do it!?

I am unable to copy the conent from a flash built website. It is a very important data which i want to put it on my project. In a general website we can drag and copy the content but at the same time i am unable to do the same in a flash website. Help me at the earliest.

You can use Firefox as browser. And search for an extension for it that will allow you to save Flash content.
