i turn off my pc it restart byself?

You know when you click on the START button on the left bottom, and then SHUT DOWN. Check which option you've scrolled to. You may have put it on Restart instead of Shut Down.

it could be a hardware power down fault... or a virus that won't let your computer shut down... or if you have a compro tv card with the auto startup fuction this will cause the computer to restart itself.
