no where in the developed country offers such hgh rates..
IN India, ICICI offers 9% for about 800 day deposit...i believe...
so for all you non-indians, talk to your local financial institutions, or other modes of investing money in India and reaping the benefit.

There isn't one and you can't even get that rate on a CD. The best you can do is about 5.25. If you use an online company like eTRADE (thats what I use) you get 6.00 to 6.5. And yes you get a debit card and checks.
Anybody saying that they can do %9.00 is scamming or there is a catch.

In the USA.... there is no legitimate bank offering that type of rate.
