The movie is called "Set It Off" which came out in 1996 and starred Jada Pinkett Smith, Queen Latifah, Vivica A. Fox and Kimberly Elise.

Some people have mentioned the 2001 movie "Sugar & Spice" which stars Marley Shelton, Melissa George, Mena Suvari, Alexandra Holden, Rachel Blanchard and Sara Marsh as the six member team of bank robbers.

As for the 2004 movie "Taxi" that someone mentioned, the bank robbers were not American but all four ladies are Brazilians even though not all the ladies who played in this movie are Brazilian in fact one is known to be Portuguese.
