Hey, the most useful site i have found is www.themobilecomparison.co.uk
It will update daily on the best deals available on all the mobiles. I guess the closest you will get to free phones and contracts are the 12 month contracts, 12 months free line rental deals (there is a section on this website for those)

It took me most of my life to figure this out.Nothing in this life is free. There's no such thing as free anywhere period.Free always comes with a catch or it's used as bait to lure you in so they can pressure you into buying something you normally couldn't afford.Free has at most times costed me more than I was bargaining for.I usually felt ripped off afterwords and that's because I always was.So my advice to you is don't expect anything to be free because nothing comes without a price. It's worth it and will probably save you money in the long run if you outright pay for the phone yourself.

You can get lots of phone for FREE after mail-in-rebate form the following location, but NO to Nokia n95. You actually make money on some of the phone after mail-in-rebate with appropriate service plan.

there is no such thing as free!

All of the systems you see people offering for sale are a crock of poo

The cheapest way is contract but you will never get anything for nothing in this world
