avast anti virus?

how do i remove avast anti virus protection so i do not have it installed on my computer no more thanks sincerely james at jameshaugen@sbcglobal.net

Drag the icon to your recycle bin, then you will get a message to Remove, or Uninstall.. just click on remove and then select it from the list that will pop up and remove.
