Basically, the mind of the person wearing it. I have never had a pair of "lucky underwear" and I honestly don't think my underwear has played a huge role in my life-lol. Good luck -k-

i just consider myself lucky when i find nice sexy lingerie in my plus size... tis quite difficult down in these parts of the wood... so when i do find some, i buy them in the dozens... hehehe
