If they have the ingredient keratin, they should help. This is what makes up nails and hair.

They may work but they're a rip off. Try to get vits and minerals from real food ! A good multivitamin and mineral supplement would be cheaper and probably the same, check the labels. I find if I take magnesium and calcium supplements my nails grow really fast. My friend used to take gelatin in the form of raw jelly (fruit) cubes to strengthen nails.

Yes i started using them about a week ago and they have worked wonders for me my skin is so much clearer, my nails are well stronger and my hair has a really nice sheen to it all the time.If i was you if your unsure then buy a smaller pack but i thought whilst the tablets are on offer at only £5 for a huge tub why not try it for a while.
good luck with it all they have worked for me hope they work for you to.

any vitamin supplements are damaging to your body as the chemicals (minerals/vitamins) aren't formed and bonded as they are naturally any vitamin supplement should be recommended from your doctor after blood test or test in general show that like is lacking.
with your hair and nail if you buy the vitamin E capsules and Pierce one with a needle, squeeze out whats inside and apply directly to the area you want to target this really works.

Hi I watched the diet doctors inside out channel 5 yesterday, and they reccomended these, so they must contain the right stuff. Personally I take multi vit with iron for hair, loss of iron causes hair loss. And I take a fish iol combined with evening primrose oil for skin. My skin is clear by the way its prob my best feature.

hi a couple of my clients used to use such capsules but they said that they didnt notice any difference to anything except the weight of there purse. drinking alot of water helps all those things, regular manicures, haircuts and facials too.

My friend did but didnt make a jot of difference. Best thing is good fats (oily fish, nuts and seeds etc) and drinking 2-3 litres of water a day.
