Ok so I was on youtube ,went to my favorite videos, clicked on one of them and I was taken to a page that was only 1 video and nothing else(not the video I clicked on) and the video was horrible. I didn't even think to look up in the address bar at the time I just hit back and when I clicked on the video again I was taken to the right video. Its like someone set it up for me to see this horrible video. Could that be done by just anyone? Or would it have to be done by someone who works for youtube?

I was in my account on my page, in my favorites. I went to click on a music video and I was taken to a page that is not even a youtube page. This video was of horrible aftermath of a bombing in Iraq from what I could make out. It was very poor quality. My husband is stationed in Iraq right now. It seems as though someone wanted me to watch that specific video. I have never seen it before and I could not find it again. It was not something so simple as being logged into another account and being I am the only one who uses my computer that is really impossible. I am just wondering if it would be possible for someone to do that or if they would have to work for the company itself.

again I did not click anything wrong. I was on my page in my favorites and went to click one of the videos. I was taken to a page with nothing but that video, it was not a youtube page as you normally see when you click a video.

Well I don't think that its possible that someone set you up for watching this video, maybe there was simply a mistake of logging in or selecting the wrong video.

Now I don't know about youtube, but some sites don't log you out until you click "log out". So sometimes someone might have not logged out and you accidently signed into their account.

maybe you clicked the wrong link... in youtube you can find variety of videos right.. but in the upper part of it .. there is always an advertisement .... sometimes there is an advertisement in which a not-good-looking ugly thing is advertised... and indicated "dont click if you are under 18".... it's like a horror thing when i clicked it.. maybe you clicked that to.. sorry about my grammar im not good in english,,,
