can i use 4 HDD of 160 gb each with my system

This will cause errors in the operating systems if they are windows operating systems. Windows Xp only supports upto 4 partitions on one drive. Some operating systems require their own dedicated drive I would divide it into 4 partitions 1 for each OS and 1 as a common shared partition to store all of your data I use powerqwest partition Magic for all of my partitioning needs It will allow you to set up partitions for operating systems and multiboot configurations

for partitioning you can use Paragon Partition Manager or Powerquest Partition Magic. you have to check your motherboard for sata or ide conectors to find out how many hdd's it can support

your local IT store can do this for you with ease,
but i do remember when i was setting up some new DNS servers for work we needed to have 1 200gb sata HD split into 4,
we used a dos program on a floppy disk to split this up,
cant remember much else apart from the programs file name was part 40.exe

You can easily repartition your drives using Disk Director by Acronis
