I owuld appreciate some tips on what I should or shoudln't when I am recording and how to perfect it before producing it..thanks..

My cousin is doing the same thing now. One thing not to do when recording is don't get to close to the mic, it sounds like crap. Take your time, don't rush. Make sure your lyrics sound good not only to you but to other people. Go to karaoke and get used to being in front of crowds. Don't put out a cd right away release some samplers give them to local music shops and let people have them for free, it gets your name out there.

Just like in America, you'll have all combined races and patterns, in Hip Hop, you'll have the equal. There's gonna be persons who BBoy to Techno There's gonna be persons who combine funk with rock There's gonna be persons dressing in a different way to the originals Because Hip Hop isn't just a variety itself, it is YOUR variety the way you interpret/categorical it. Here's a tip: DON'T. Despite the black experience hype and over-rated promotion of hip-hop, the genre is DYING a deserved slow death; it's "popularity" is shrinking. The party's over, the lights came on--and it's time for hip-hop to go home.
