I want to know if the baby will automatically stop sucking on his/her own? or will breastfeeding from a pregnant mother have adverse effect on the baby?

As long as you are eating a proper healthy diet then there should be no reason why you can not produce enough milk *baring medical issues* for your breastfeeding child while you are pregnant. Your child will not wean just because you are pregnant.

And against popular belief you can get pregnant while breastfeeding. It is NOT a good method to use to prevent pregnancy.

Your breastfeeding child will not wean itself just because you are pregnant and there is no medical reason that it should. Women over the ages have breastfed the new baby and the toddler if they both ( all ) want to.
Nursing Mothers Association or the equivalent can give advice on how to wean the toddler if you don't want to continue
It will do no harm to you , toddler or unborn baby if you keep going. Weaning suddenly may cause mastitis and be a shock for the one weaning, so do it gently if you do it at all. The important thing is to eat well and be a healthy person so your stores of iron, calcium and energy don't run down!!!!!! good luck with the 2 little ones,

No, the baby will know where the food is and the baby inside will just have to wait it's turn. A woman can produce a lot more mil then you think. The baby that is breastfeeding will probably not notice anything different. The milk doesn't change just because your body changes. It's more like what foreign things you put into your system that effect the milk. (i.e. Alcohol, drugs...)

You CAN conceive while breast feeding. My mom was breast feeding two and still got pregnant with me.
I have never heard of it ever making more of a difference on multipoly births. I'll have to check that out

I didn't know I was pregnant with my 3rd till I was 5 months almost 6 months gone and I hadn't had my 2nd (who I was breastfeeding) weighed for while and when I did get him weighed he had hardly put on any about 4lbs in 6 months, the health visitor told me that once you fall pregnant your body prioritises the new baby so you stop producing proper milk and start producing the very first milk ready for the new baby so the baby thats still breastfeeding isn't getting the right milk.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/Mf9Q9
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

It shouldn't... but an interesting fact... Women who get pregnant while breastfeeding are more likely to have twins/multiples.

It is more unlikely that you will conceive while breastfeeding, but it is a possiblity. I wouldn't have thought it would cause any damage to any of you, although you would have to ensure you were eating properly and taking good care of yourself, as it would put a lot of pressure on your body.
