My sympathies to you and your people for the daily abuse handed out to you by the barbaric IDF,it is my wish that one day you the Palestinians will have a homeland without fear of the death and destruction that you have so bravely faced over many ,many years.

Thanks you mentioned it. I know that many people don't know this because it's not the media's biggest issue. It's very popular with Israeli soldiers to kill anybody including children and using any way. Not only murder, during the economical boycott the International community has made, the economy of the West Bank was ruined, and as a result many families live now under the line of poverty, and many people can't find jobs, students at universities and even primary school didn't get the proper education this year because the goverment couldn't pay for teachers. Isn't this a crime??

All people around the world saw the 12-year-old boy who was walking with his dad in the streets of Gaza, and saw 2 Israeli soldiers opening fire on him and his father, more than 15 bullets were shot at both of them, the boy died, and the father lived to cry for his son on a wheel chair. I just mentioned it because I think that the Media showed that on TV for few days, then it was forgotten..... and many people around the world still think that IDF doesn't kill civilians...
Israel justifies that by claiming that IDF were exchanging fire with Palestinian militants, and the boy was killed by mistake.... yeah a mistake of 10 bullets.... or maybe the American machine guns which IDF use broke down and started shooting fire unxpectedly..... it could happen... you know U.S weapons are junk!!bullets...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammad_al-Durra

Unfortunately this is not an isolated case...Only last year 141 children have been killed by the IDF...But it seems that the death of Palestinian children is not important enough to be shown as a news...It's really sad that those things happen and it's really sad that no one is punishing the ones who are doing this...

Its an isolated incident and by the story was not condone by Israel. I did not hear the actual tape so I can't judge the bias of the story. I have talked to someone who just left the Army and it is the polic of the US military to shoot suspicious children. It is believed that some groups use children as look outs. It is reasonable in war to shoot children in that circumstance since the enemy is using them as a soilder. It is a sad state of war. THis may explain why the israeli soilder shot the kid. I would like to see more restraint, but I wasn't there and did not hear all the facts. Its not clear why a child would wonder of into a military base in the first place and why would parents let a kid wonder around alone in an area that is so militarize. I defend the actions of the American soldiers shooting children, because its suspicious that a parent would let a kid wander around in a war zone. I do not know the state of the area this child was found, so I can't make an intelligent decision.

Its a Sad story if true, but I doubt its a very common occurance. Mistakes are made when you've been under attack since your country was first created. Im sure things like this happens in all military actions of any duration. Im not justifing it just giving my 2 cents. I myself would shoot anybody in a situation where suicide bombers were active but she was running away scared and I would not of in this case.

What makes you think this "story" is true?
there are tons of horror/sad stories tossed out into the world ;Many are creations that will be cited as evidence/"proof" that "xx" is bad, evil, needs to be eradicated etc...
what I dont understand is that there is little outrage when militant "x' or terrorists or fueding factions routinely store weapons/explosives in family houses and then fire at others from these same houses...when the house explodes the kids, mom dad are killed...
innocents die because what somebody wants to fight others...
its sad..some parts of the world have families used as shields and now reports of using kids to be bombers...

Yes, all muslim children in Israel are tortured, raped, blown up indiscriminately, and are killed mercilessly.
And all palastinians are at the forefront of true human rights, never kill anyone, never blow themselves up, allows red cross to visit its P.O.W, treats others with respect. And most of all, they would hate to do war with their enemies, because they just hate bloodshed!

No. As with any war, especially urban warfare, some children will be caught in the crossfire - The urban setting is dictated by Israel's cowardly attackers who hide out in populated areas, Israel would much rather fight them on a battlefield.
