You can change the Boot option at CMOS loading.
Switch on the computer and press DEL to go CMOS setup.
There, you can find First, second and third boot options and select as you wish.
Save the setting and restart the computer.

Autoplay refers to CD drive operation, which means you've tapped into THAT drive for usage. Go back to My Computer, click on the C: drive (normally designated as the MAIN drive), click on till you find the FOLDER you want to access. Right click/highlight that folder and OPEN should be your top menu choice.

Could you be more clear?
I understand that your C drive first option is Auto play and not Open? Is that your hard drive or your CD-ROM drive?
