I know they do not have sexual attraction, but does this mean that they being in love is not possible?

Quite possibly. But perhaps it would be more intellectual or similar to love of family members, as it is not sexual in nature.

Frankly I would dislike being asexual. Imagine not having interest in the frivolities of courtship or infatuation or sexual satisfaction. It would be kind of sad, actually. But I suppose I wouldn't mind if this were something I was used to.

Sex is a physical as well as a mental behavior. Love is an emotional that binds two people together. As long as both partners agree that sexual acts are not needed to be together then there is no reason asexuals cannot be in love. If you look at the definition of asexual, you may find that quite a few older couples are asexual, but are still in love.
