Saturday night I asked my girlfriend if I could have a couple off hours to watch the England match with my mates, then felt guilty for the whole match that I was not with her, and did not enjoy the game.

Last week for banning my little boy from playing football for a week cos of bad attitude on pitch during a match at another school. And then again this morning for taking him to school complaining of a tummy ache, but he would'nt take any paracetamol or Enos for it so I thought it can't be that bad. Am expecting a phonecall from school around lunchtime. If it happens that will be second time today. No change there then!!!!!

Yesterday! Was clearing rubbish in my garden and had to move an old piece of timber (this I then found to be the home of 10 frogs)! Sadly I had to finish the job I'd started and the frogs had to hop on their way to pastures new! Still feel guilty for evicting them tho!

Last night, because I had to get a taxi back from Gatwick airport, it cost my company £93, but it was either that or sleep on a bench at the air port, and I wasn't gonna do that!!!

Multiple times every day...for eating poorly..too much: fat, sweets and overall bad things and for not resuming my exercise routine...used to put 10 miles daily on stationary recumbent bike and 20-30 mins every other day on total gym or free weights...

Most of us get feelings of guilt from time to time and these may be due to relationships, work, family or oneself. I personally wake-up dreaming sometimes about work things that I did not go well or mistakes that I have made.
