i don't really see many blondes, but i have never seen a natural blond whom are not white.

Blondes are typicly caucaision, however mixing the races can produce a blonde person of a different ethnicity.
When looking for the lost settlement of John Smith, they reported seeing an indian girl with blonde hair. Same with the incas, some of the conquistadors took native wives.

I have dark ash blonde hair from L'Oreal, but I have seen natural blonde Black people. There are also Aboriginal Australian people with blonde hair.
The only peoples I've never seen as blonde were Chinese and Vietnamese.

Ah, I think you might be right except for albinos.
Natural blondes that is. There are a lot of girls with dyed blonde hair who are not white.
