The 4 elements of hip hop are: DJ, Breakdance, MC, Graffiti??? And when?

I heard this on a radio talk show a few weeks ago. While it certainly seems to hold up in a historical context; it seems particularly void/lacking/inaccurate for representing Hip Hop culture today.
