We've already shown the mid-East we can overtake an entire country in less than two weeks without breaking a sweat and current military Iraq occupation hasn't really produced any positive benefits for the US as things now stand. And further US/mid-East conflicts surely will anger the oil price gougers who know we depend too much on their oil products.
But ah---there's a clue leading to the REAL solution on really striking a stinging blow to our mid-East enemies: breaking free of mid-East oil dependency all together!!!!
The US vehicle production industry would have to full throttle radically shift into creating vehicles that run either on electricity and/or ALTERNATIVE FUEL that can easily (and cheaply) be made right here in USA. However, this likely will anger a NEW home-grown enemy: American Big Oil, who'll likely stop such an idea from happening....unless we elect a president with guts.

The leader doesn't like Bush. In truth the majority of people in the world, and that includes the US do not like Bush. So your solution is to bomb and kill hundreds of thousands of Iranians, Yes , those Iranians are certainly war mongers. Thank God we arn't. Hate repeating myself ,but,
What poppycock!
Iran has attacked no one. In fact, it was first abandoned by the U.S. and the West and then drawn into an eight-year war with Iraq, during which the U.S. and the West armed both sides to the teeth. Many of the supplied weapons were illegal, unethical and immoral.
If Iran’s rhetoric and tirades against such duplicity seems over the top, what student of 20th-century history can blame the country? It has been royally shafted over the decades, even when Iranians elected a democratic government only to have it ousted by the U.S. and replaced by the Shah, a very cruel and ruthless dictator.
While the U.S., U.K., France and others openly defy the international accords against nuclear arms proliferation and the illegal market in armaments, many in the west have the gall to haul Iran over the coals and give the West a free pass to get out of jail.
Iran is a much better global citizen than either the U.S. or Israel, and yet their crimes often go unreported and sometimes praised.

The leader of Iran has no effect on my life and he offers no reason to be my enemy. On the other hand, he stands in the way of the economic interests of the U.S. ruling elite. That makes the U.S. ruling elite the enemy of Iran's leaders. As far as the ordinary citizens of Iran and the U.S., neither have any beef with the other. War is always an economic event and it is always promoted by a nation's ruling elite who perceive a benefit to be had.

I say only bomb him when he does anything to US or its allies directly or the best way to teach him a lesson is spend all the money you spend in war towards alternative fuel and don't depend on Oil from that guy who is I think 40% of worlds Oil then you destroy his economy, that will keep him busy building his country than doing stupid things like funding the terrorists when he has too much money.
