I'm trying to sign up for a paypal account,but it says my email address has been used on ebay before.So I e-mailed both paypal and ebay because I have never used either before...It's been a few days and no answer. Does this mean someone else is using my email address?

try to re-read the instruction carefully , sometimes it is a software fault

yah,it could someone else its using your password,u know that they are lot of people on ebay plus its worldwide too so if i were u i would rather open a new email adress to avoid unwanted problems

You may have to change your email if its already in use by someone else don't get caught in 5hat trap with another person having access to your account

get through to customer services (pay pal) I had that problem a while ago and they sorted it out for me on the phone
