Yes. If they want a second chance, they could start a new life on their next life. It's game over this life. Don't you agree?

Yes. Hard to believe, hey?

Second chances do not mean that people are exempt from accountability for what they have done. There MUST be both accountability for the past, and responsibility towards the future. And, as I mentioned in my last answer, there are some things that there are NO way to atone, or apologize for. But I do believe that some people can heal... some can learn not to hurt. The health of tomorrow depends on recognizing and dealing with this. Otherwise... the same thing keeps happening again and again...

Yes, but never give unlimited chances. They will take it for granted. A second chance is more than enough to realize if he has changed or if he's the same old man you've known him and didn't liked him.

ya i do belive in giving a second chance , because every one makes mistakes thats why we are humans .We learn from our mistakes ,and we dont make those mistakes again .Even i ve made so many mistakes in my life and i ve changed my self and become a new person.
I ll give you an example .
Parents are the first to give thier children lots of chances where we can change our mistake. They are so patient with us.:

It really depends on each particular case.
When you have destroyed or taken a child's life, you shouldn't get a second chance...
But wait!
What if there was a brain tumor involved?
What if....
