outsiders are the people who change the world. they don't fit in to the boxes society loves to put people in so they make their own reality and become innovaters! they are individuals and unwilling to sacrifice them selves on the altar of popularity.

In the institution where I work "outsider" is called a person that works for us, but it is not in our structure and has a temporary contract.
In social aspect an "outsider" is a person that is not part of the people you spent your time; he is not in your family, not in your friend, not in your school or work, where ever you are.
When I see and read this word it recalls me another "observer" and the image that arises in my mind is:
Cold. I'm sat in my home, tranquil, with my husband and a person is watching us from outside the window. The outsider...
