Yes but keep in mind! There is no particular software protection that protects against every piece of malware. The programmers who provide the updates have no idea how many new trojans, viruses, or other types of malware are out there. They only find out months after malware has been introduced to the net! NO ONE is immune to all malware! Your best protection is in your head! Its called "common sense". 3 rules apply....dont use file sharing sites, dont visit porn sites, and dont download freeware!
