Give great customer service. Be friendly but not aggravating, be available to answer questions without following people around, be knowledgable about what you are selling and try to remember your repeat customers by name. There is so little good customer service these days that if you just pay attention to your customers and try to meet their needs in a friendly, knowlegable way, you should do well. Good luck!

depends what and where u r selling.
if its in a shop you should know that it takes the customer 4 seconds to walk in and get a first impression.
The best advice I can give you is to know the customer well. to know who he is buying for, what is his money limit, and that way you can know what to offer.
